Bookings

Should you wish to book a tour with us, feel free to fill in the request form above. Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you can instantly do so by simply giving us a call or emailing us. You will be asked to provide us with your booking reference number or email used during the booking. If you are cancelling the booking 48hrs before the activity begins, you will receive a full refund directly on the payment method that you used to book the service. Should you require any other questions or need any clarifications, please do not hesitate to email us or give us a call.

Suppose the attraction that you selected and booked has been closed for one reason or the other, you will be contacted ahead of time, and a full refund will be processed on the payment method that you used for booking.
